Stop the water leak first. Depending on the amount of discharged water and size of water damage in and around the ceiling, it can dry out without you ever noticing it. Clorox cleaner with Bleach (in a spray bottle) will remove most of the stains. In a worst case scenario, the fabric may need to be taken down so that the damaged drywall and damaged wood in the walls and ceilings can be removed. You must run dehumidifiers to remove moisture from the walls, floors and ceilings before reinstalling the fabric ceiling.
You can easily clean it up with a damp (or dry) microfiber cloth. You can also wash the textile with a light cleaning solution. DO NOT use abrasives such as sandpaper or scrub-brushes for cleaning.
